Returning Items to PerfectDraft

At PerfectDraft, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and service. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item for a refund.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can cancel the order within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The item(s) must returned to us within 14 days of cancellation and be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items, unless there is a fault or quality issue with the product.

If you believe there is a fault or quality issue with your product, you can reject the goods by letting us know within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. If you believe that there is a fault or quality issue with your product after this time, we may only offer to replace the faulty goods and in the case of kegs and similar perishable goods, only if the fault is reported by  the ‘use by’ date .  We will investigate the issue and if it is  a manufacturing fault or defect, we will process the refund or replacement as applicable. Please note that we may need to request that the item is returned to us for inspection before we can process a refund or replacement.
