We understand that there may be times when you are unable to be at home to receive your PerfectDraft delivery. In these situations, we want to ensure that you receive your order without any inconvenience.
If you are not at home when Yodel attempts to deliver your PerfectDraft order, don't worry! Our contract with Yodel states that they will leave your order in a driver-identified safe place or with a neighbour. This means that you do not need to be at home to receive your delivery.
However, if there is no safe place to leave your order, Yodel will attempt re-delivery. In this situation, you can contact Yodel directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Please note that if Yodel has attempted delivery three times without success, they will hold your parcel at the depot for up to seven days. If you do not collect your order during this time, it will be returned to us.
