We understand that waiting for a delivery can be an anxious time, and when it doesn't arrive as expected, it can be frustrating. If you are a PerfectDraft customer and have been unable to locate your delivery, don't worry, we are here to help.
The first thing to do is to check whether the courier has specified a safe place or neighbour they have delivered to. Delivery drivers are asked to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to sign for them. This could be a neighbour, porch or even a shed. If the courier has left the parcel with a neighbour, they should have left a card through your door to let you know where the parcel is.
There are limited options for the driver to pick on their device for safe places, so if you see a strange scan - "Front Porch" for example where you don't have one, please get in touch so we can provide delivery images.
If we are unable to locate your delivery, we will follow our lost parcel procedures. This includes asking you to complete our lost parcel form so we can provide further information to the courier. We will also investigate the matter further and do everything we can to locate your delivery.
