Here is some information to help you track your order and ensure a smooth delivery:
Delivery Service
Yodel offers a live tracking service that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. You will receive an email from Yodel on the day of delivery with a tracking link that will allow you to see where your order is and what time it is likely to arrive.
If you are not going to be at home during the delivery window, Yodel also offers a safe place delivery service. This means that you can select a safe place on your property where your order can be left, such as a porch or garage. If you choose this option, Yodel will take a photo of the delivery location and send it to you as proof of delivery.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made by Yodel between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. Please note that deliveries may take longer during peak periods such as holidays, and adverse weather conditions may also impact delivery times.
