Express Credit

As a PerfectDraft customer, you may have heard about the benefits of using Express Credit when returning your kegs. Express Credit is a faster and more convenient way to return your kegs and receive your refund. In this article, we will guide you through the process of enabling Express Credit in your account so that you can enjoy these benefits.

Before we begin, it's important to note that there are certain limitations to Express Credit returns. These include a maximum of 12 kegs in an express credit return and one Express Credit return every 10 days. If you create a new return within those 10 days, this will be classed as a Standard Credit return.

Now, let's get started!

Step 1: Log into your account

The first step is to log into your PerfectDraft account using your registered email address and password.

Step 2: Go to the Keg Returns Hub

Once you're logged in, go to the Keg Returns Hub. You can find this by clicking on the "Keg Returns" tab in the navigation menu.

Step 3: Click on "Get Express Credit"

In the Keg Returns Hub, you will see a blue banner that says "Get express credit" (as below). Click on this banner to begin the process of enabling Express Credit in your account.

Step 4: Verify your mobile number

You will then see a pop-up that asks you to verify your mobile number. This is to ensure that you are the authorized account holder. Enter your mobile number in the provided field and click on "Send Code."

Step 5: Enter the verification code

You will receive a text message with a verification code. Enter this code in the lower box on the pop-up and click on "Validate my account."

Step 6: Confirmation

Once you've entered the verification code, you will see a success notification. This means that your Express Credit has been verified and you can now proceed to create a new return using Express Credit.

Congratulations! You have now enabled Express Credit in your PerfectDraft account. The next time you need to return your kegs, simply select the Express Credit option and follow the instructions. Remember to keep in mind the limitations of Express Credit returns, such as the maximum number of kegs and the frequency of returns, to ensure that you are using this feature appropriately.
